CPA Senior Accountant - Public Accounting

This highly regarded quality of life firm is adding a strong Senior Accountant to handle high net worth clients.
In this highly visible role, you will utilize your knowledge of real estate and other investment vehicles to help clients grow their portfolios and oversee compliance.
If your goal is to be on a fast track to partner and develop relationships with people who know how to make things happen, this may be the place for you to learn and grow. The only limit to your success is your own motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of year-end audit planning for various clients’ trusts, LLCs and investment vehicles
- Consult with Tax Managers and Partners for tax planning guidance
- Manage and mentor several staff team members to assist with ongoing and year-end work
- The Senior Accountant will have a period of time to learn the various client portfolio while consulting with the Audit Partner overseeing the clients.
- The goal is to have the Senior move into a Manager role as soon as they are ready as the firm’s goal is to set people up for success.
- Candidates must have the ability interface with client teams directly as well as with multiple levels of the firm’s management
- Working toward progression to manager level and learning to lead a team is the key to success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years public accounting experience
- CPA certification required or must be working towards certification
- Investment and real estate industry experience preferred
